Sudbury's Defibrillator Campaign
In 2019, Sudbury resident Mr. Andy Read launched a campaign, with the support of Sudbury Town Council to ensure everyone in the town was no more than 2 minutes away from a Defibrillator (PAD).
There are now over 20 publicly available (24/7) Defibrillators (PAD’s) registered in Sudbury. This number is expected to increase to reach the campaign's ultimate aim.
The campaign is now supported by #SudburyTeamDefib which comprises of Cllr Steve Hall, Cllr Lee Parker, Andy Read who have been joined by Dr. Aamer Kahn, as the campaign Patron. Dr. Khan is the owner of Ballingdon Hall.
