Sudbury Community Wardens

Sudbury Town Council's Operations team of Community Wardens have a far-reaching remit to ensure that Sudbury and surrounds look their best.

We work closely with local authorities, Sudbury Community Policing Team, schools, businesses, and charities on a range of community initiatives; from sustainability projects, litter picking events and more.

The team are are also responsible for grounds maintenance of Sudbury Cemetery, allotments, closed Churchyards (St. Gregory's and All Saints), The Croft and Millacre.

SUDBURY LITTER PICKERS

We've been overwhelmed with the hundreds of local residents who have signed up to our local litter picking scheme. All volunteers receive a complimentary pack to get you started, including litter picker, hi-vis, and bags.You will receive instructions on where to leave your bags for collection and how to keep safe while out picking! 

We also host sponsored group litter picks throughout the year. All are welcome to attend.
